Besides having the usual library stamps and labels, the covers are badly damaged. Cover of volume 1 is completely detached, but present, with the spine completely covered in clear tape. However, the block of pages is still tightly bound in itself, save for the first several leaves in the prefatory dissertation. Some chipping and cracking on vol. 2's spine, but the cover is still fully attached and the binding is tight. Text is unmarked; pages remain bright and clean. OFFERED AS-IS. Item #325138
