A PAIR OF HANDWRITTEN LETTERS FROM 1904.

Two letters; each one page on plain lined stationary. Paper aged else in good condition. Item #195

The letters are from Terhune to his friend Owen Kildare and concern literary matters. Terhune and Kildare were young writers in New York at the time. In one letter Terhune tells Kildare he is welcome to use his suggestion of the title "The Wisdom of the Simple" and in fact Kildare did use that as the title of one of his novels.
