Early owner's inscription on front free endpaper, dated 1915. Dent at top of pages 217-230, not affecting the readability of the text. Half-inch closed tear on the edge of page 289-290. Lots of spotty, brown stains here and there throughout the interior, but again, the text remains readable. The binding is still tight. A copy that is obviously much-handled, but is still an interesting artifact of early movie merchandising. Item #182954
