The top foredges are trimmed in gilt as well. FINE CONDITION, AS IF NEW! The exteriors are smooth and clean, and the pages are bright white and crisp, with no markings or foxing in the text. Just a tiny, faint spot on the side foredge of volume II, half an inch from the top. The page blocks are securely bound. Sturdy, attractive, and highly collectible! Item #176986
