Pages lightly tanned with age, more heavily on those which are opposite plates. Unobtrusive foxing here and there; otherwise, text unmarked and binding secure in both volumes. Complete with 16 plates including a large foldout map of the United States. Weld was an English explorer and topographer; he first published this popular work in 1799, only a year before this third edition, in the interest of research for Irish immigration prospects.
