Volume 1 is in essentially fine condition, apart from some very minimal foxing. Text unmarked and binding quite secure. Volume 2 has a small hole in the title page and penetrating as far as page 12, and on the blank rear free endpaper. Otherwise, only mild occasional foxing, unmarked text, and secure binding.
